Pastors

Nothing encourages, strengthens, and uplifts like the Word of God. We are called to use it at all times to speak life, not only to our families and friends, but also to pastors and leadership teams. Having Pastors and Church Leadership understand their calling and helping them to stay accountable to it is an honorable ministry. Even if words of encouragement do not come easy, we still make it a practice to edify our leadership teams and remind them of the incredible honor of their calling.

Our Program:

As a ministry we organize training sessions for pastors and church leaders of all congregations and denominations, to encourage them to stand firm to their calling as shepherds of the most High God.

Joshua 1:9

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Leadership is scary. Taking responsibility to faithfully represent God and His light, as well as taking care of your congregation is a big deal. The enemy will accuse us and remind us of our insignificance. Our courage may disappear. It is then when we lift our heads to our Redeemer, Who commands us to not be afraid!

Philippians 2:3

“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”

Ouch, this is a lesson better learned early on, than experienced the hard way. Jesus taught us the order of leadership. A leader is in fact a servant, not a king, not a dictator and definitely not the boss of the congregation. A great way to stay faithful in your ministry is to keep a servant’s heart and attitude at all times.

Galatians 6:9

” And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

In this day it’s more acceptable to be relevant than to speak the Truth. Your calling as a pastor is to do the latter in love! Ministry can get so focused on trying to win converts and please people that truth is often sacrificed. Remain steadfast in the truth and God’s blessing will be upon you!

Zechariah 4:6

“Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.”

Don’t lead or minister from your own strength. You may be a great speaker, a charismatic leader, or a talented musician but you will quickly grow tired when doing things in your own strength. The congregation is intelligent enough to pick up on this and ministry-burnout is sure to follow.
